Chengdu

As the 'heart' of the Land of Abundance, Chengdu is just a short distance from the misty Qingcheng Mountain and the ancient Dujiangyan Irrigation System. This is Chengdu — a city where ancient charm seamlessly blends with modern vitality. From the lovable giant pandas at the Breeding Base to the brilliantly lit streets of Jinli Ancient Town, from steaming spicy hot pot to fragrant bowl tea sipped leisurely in a teahouse, Chengdu brings together world heritage sites, authentic local life, and an astonishing nightlife. To truly touch the soul of Chengdu? Wander through the narrow alleys of Kuanzhai Alley, watch a mesmerizing face-changing performance, then take a bite of the juicy and tender Zhong Shuijiao — after all, this 'Capital of Cuisine' fills the air with the irresistible aroma of chili and Sichuan peppercorns.

九寨沟2

Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic Area

Jiuzhaigou: The Fairyland Sealed by 'Water' Deep in the plateau of western Sichuan, nestled within the folds of the Minshan Mountains, lies a fairyland guarded by Tibetan villages for a thousand years—Jiuzhaigou. The main valley spreads out in a 'Y' shape, connecting over a hundred alpine lakes, locally known as 'Haizi.' Millions of years of calcite deposition and glacial activity have endowed each pool with unimaginable colors: peacock blue, emerald green, amber yellow... Water flows through trees, trees grow in water, cascading waterfalls mirror colorful forests, snow peaks contrast with azure ice. With its six wonders—verdant seas, cascading waterfalls, colorful forests, snow-capped peaks, Tibetan culture, and blue ice—Jiuzhaigou leaves countless travelers breathless, exclaiming, 'After visiting Jiuzhaigou, no other water needs to be seen.' As a World Natural Heritage site and a national 5A-rated tourist attraction, these accolades pale compared to the moment you stand before Wuhua Sea, utterly speechless.

Huanglong Scenic and Historic Area

The 'Jade Pool of the Mortal World' beneath Xuebao Peak Leaving behind the turquoise waters of Jiuzhaigou, crossing over Xuebao Peak, another natural wonder unfolds in the valleys of Songpan County—Huanglong. If Jiuzhaigou is poetry of water, then Huanglong is a palette of the earth. Within a calcareous canyon stretching 3.6 kilometers, thousands of colorful pools layer upon layer, winding down like terraced fields. From above, it resembles a golden dragon lying beneath snow-capped mountains. The calcareous terraces shimmer with golden light, while ancient temples dot the landscape. With seven wonders combined—colorful pools, snow peaks, canyons, forests, terraces, ancient temples, and folk culture—the scene is truly extraordinary. When sunlight dances across the Five-Colored Pools, blues, greens, yellows, and oranges ripple and shift in the water, making you realize that 'Jade Pool of the Mortal World' is no mere exaggeration. 'After visiting Huanglong, one never looks back at other pools.' All dreams of water converge here into a beauty beyond reality.

Daocheng Yading

Yading, known in Tibetan as 'Gongga Rishong Gongbu,' meaning 'the sacred land of the three eternal guardian mountains,' is located in Xianggelila Town, Daocheng County, Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. This area features a remarkable concentration of snow-capped peaks, glaciers, alpine lakes (sea-like pools), meadows, forests, temples, and Tibetan villages, earning it the reputation as the original home of 'the last pristine place on Earth.' The three sacred mountains—Xian Nai Ri, Yangmai Yong, and Xia Nuo Duo Ji—form a 'pin' character shape surrounding the Zhenzhu Lake, Niuniu Sea, and Wuse Hai, creating a vertical landscape corridor stretching from the visitor center at 2,900 meters to the holy lake at 4,700 meters. Unlike Jiuzhaigou's 'water' or Huanglong's 'pools,' the soul of Yading lies in its 'mountains': snow peaks represent faith, alpine lakes are tears, meadows serve as pastures, and hiking is the only way to reach them. For travelers, this destination tests high-altitude endurance while offering the most direct pilgrimage experience to sacred mountains and holy lakes. Thus, visiting Yading typically involves two routes—the 'Diamond Challenge Trail' and the 'Ordinary Experience Route.' The former is a demanding long-distance hike aimed at reaching the Niuniu Sea and Wuse Hai, while the latter focuses on shorter scenic views of Chonggu, Zhenzhu Lake, and Luorong Cattle Field. One is rigorous, the other gentle—visitors can freely choose based on their physical condition and altitude sickness tolerance.

乐山

Leshan

As a riverside city known as the 'Southern Gate of Tianfu', Leshan was historically called Jiazhou, where the Dadu River, Qingyi River, and Min River converge at the Three Rivers Mouth. A 71-meter-tall Tang Dynasty Buddha sits facing the river on Lingyun Mountain, with the golden summit of Emei Mountain visible in the distance, its sea of clouds shimmering. Here, you'll find both the solemn grandeur of a UNESCO World Heritage site encompassing both cultural and natural treasures, and the fiery warmth of local delicacies like Suji Qiāojiǎo Beef Noodles, Zhanggong Bridge Bo Bo Chicken, and Sweet Skin Duck. To truly understand Leshan, start your day by viewing the giant Buddha, enjoy beef soup for lunch, take a steam train ride in the afternoon, and end your evening listening to the flowing waters of the Three Rivers along the riverside promenade—this 'City of Buddha and Cuisine' fills the air with the fragrant aroma of chili, Sichuan peppercorns, and simmered ox bones.

雅安

Ya'an

As the "Western Gateway" of Sichuan Basin, Ya'an lies beside the Qingyi River and leans on the Qionglai Mountains, with mist shrouding its peaks and continuous drizzle falling year-round, earning it the name "City of Rain." It is the scientific discovery site of giant pandas, the origin of global tea culture, and a thousand-year-old key town along the Tea-Horse Ancient Road. From the endearing national treasures in Bifengxia to the vast tea plantations veiled in clouds atop Mengding Mountain, from the milky-white, fresh broth of Ya'an clay-pot fish to the rain-stained cobblestones of Shangli Ancient Town—Ya'an blends the grace, depth, and vitality of western Sichuan into a single city wrapped in misty rain.
