Bipeng Gou

Bipeng Gou is a site on the tentative list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The scenic area integrates snow-capped mountains, glaciers, forests, meadows, and lakes. Longwang Lake, Namu Lake, and Panyang Lake resemble emeralds scattered across the mountains; during autumn, colorful foliage reflects onto the lake surfaces, creating a vibrant display. In winter, it becomes a magical world for snow viewing and snow activities. The pristine forests within the valley make it an ideal destination for hiking, photography, summer retreats, and autumn sightseeing, as well as a classic transit point for trekkers heading to Mount Four Sisters.
