Mugecuo Scenic Area, Kangding

Mugecuo (Kangding Love Song Scenic Area) is an important part of the Gongga Mountain National Scenic Reserve. In Tibetan, it means "Wild Man Sea." The scenic area consists of attractions such as Mugecuo Sacred Lake, Seven-color Lake, Rhododendron Gorge, and Yaochi Hot Spring. Located at an altitude above 3,700 meters, it is a typical highland lake cluster. The crystal-clear lake reflects snow-capped mountains, surrounded by primeval forests. In spring and summer, rhododendrons bloom in vibrant colors; in autumn and winter, the forest turns into a colorful tapestry, covered in white snow. This is the birthplace of the Kangding Love Song culture and an ideal destination for viewing snow-capped mountains, highland lakes, and experiencing Tibetan and Qiang ethnic charm.
